Over thirty one years of diversified experience in the appraisal, lease, negotiation, and management of all types of Real Property, both commercial and residential. The past 20 years have been devoted exclusively to appraisal assignments with over 12,000 completed including numerous FNMA/FHLMC Master Appraisals. Additionally, I am approved to perform FHA appraisals.
